Lakes: They would prefer to be on Chisago or Lindstrom, 2nd choice would be N. or S. Center but they will also consider Green Lake as well. They are soon to be empty nesters and will consider different home types but are looking to stay in the $350,000 or less price range. They sold their home in Lindstrom and need to close by June 27th.
Peggy & Rich
This couple has been pre-approved by our home loan dept. and are looking for a second home…they can offer a quick close, are looking for a home in the $300K-$400K range on any of the Chisago Lakes Area Major lakes with 2-3 bedrooms & 2 baths….ideally the home would have a main level master bedroom and easy access to lakeshore.
Bob & Sally
Our Home Loans Dept has also fully qualified Bob & Sally but they do have a home to sell in Forest Lake. They would consider the possibility of a trade…They are looking for a rambler on a major lake in Chisago Lakes area. Open layout and wonderful kitchen a plus. Their price range is goes up to the low $500’s

As well as the Real Estate Wants for our buyers many lakeshore community members have asked us to list their home in our Real Estate Haves section. The homes in this list are all “unlisted or non-MLS Properties” The reasons for not being formally listed varry from situations where projects are being finished and the listings are “coming up” to owners who are simply testing the waters or have set a “Make Me Move Price” Meaning that they have a unique home or location they would part with for a premium price but do not want to “List” their home on the MLS for any number of reasons.
